Simultaneous celebration on March 7 in 60 police stations
Inspector General of Police IGP said. Benazir Ahmed said the police would celebrate the day of receiving the final UN recommendation on landing from Bangladesh LDC on February 26 and the historic speech on March 7.

Discussion meetings, banquets and sweets will be organized outside all the police stations. Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman will be remembered there. Everyone will join there following the health rules. On October 30, 2016, UNESCO recognized the March 7 speech as a World Heritage Site of Document Heritage. Therefore, a total of 8 important documents including this speech were recognized by the police at the same time. He said that with the generosity of the Hon'ble Prime Minister, the CPH has been transformed into a full-fledged Covid-19 Hospital in just six weeks. He sincerely thanked the Hon'ble Home Minister, Home and Finance Ministry and all concerned for their cooperation in this work.

He said CPH is also ahead in vaccinating Kovid-19. To date, 26,000 people have been vaccinated at the hospital. Apart from the members, there are 3,000 ordinary people without police members.

He said measures have been taken to modernize and develop the departmental and district police hospitals with the sincere generosity of the Hon'ble Prime Minister.
The IGP said the formation of a police medical service was underway on the instructions of the Hon'ble Prime Minister.
He also mentioned that the initiative to set up a police medical college would also be taken up.
